NABAY.COM RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This document must be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions for Use of this Website.

Below is our General Return Policy that may govern your order.

Please contact the Seller within 15 days from the date of delivery to make arrangements for any returns and/or exchanges.

Generally, the Seller must accept the return of most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund minus any applicable shipping charges. The Seller will arrange for return/exchange and pay for shipping both ways if the item is defective.

You must review the item listing and verify the return/exchange policy and, if such policy is not available, please contact the Seller before you place your order to enquire on each product’s specific Return Policy as some items may have special return policies.

Sellers must ensure that items returned in accordance with this policy or their own policy (which must comply with the NABAY.COM minimum standards as set out in these Terms and Conditions) are eligible for a refund or replacement.
