Return & Refund Policy
Our refund policy
This is applicable and limited to the following cases only:
- Product received by the customer in a damaged condition
- Irreparable product defects noticed at the time of installation or use
In the above cases, the customer is entitled to any one of the following:
- Claim refund on the purchased product
- Claim a replacement for the purchased product. The replacement claimed could be an identical product or an alternative not exceeding the value of product being replaced.
Any such refund/replacement claim should be received by the store within 15 days from the date of invoice.
Refund/Replacement claims would not be entertained after 15 days. Upon expiry of 15 days, products will be will be subject to standard manufactures warranties based on the product.
All claims should be supported the original purchase invoice. Failure to produce purchase invoices may result in rejection of claims
Products being returned for replacement must be complete in all respects including, but not limited to, remote controllers, chargers, ear phones, memory cards, accessories, spares, instruction manuals, etc. In the event of any such items not being returned, the store reserves the right to reject the claim.
The customer is not entitled to a refund/replacement in case of product damage being caused due to incorrect handling/usage
